    摘要:

    为解决工厂中温湿度测量的问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的无线监测系统,解决了传统有线监测系统的成本高、组网复杂、网络覆盖范围小等问题。采用LabVIEW编写了PC平台操作界面,采用CC2530组建无线传感网络,使用TSYS01温度传感器与HTU21D湿度传感器作为传感节点建立整套温湿度监测系统,介绍了该系统的构成原理,协调器以及终端节点的硬件电路和软件设计方案。系统使用线性拟合算法将传感器测量到的温度与湿度数据与标定数据进行误差补偿,达到较高测量精度。实验结果表明,该系统温度测量误差小于±0.1℃,湿度测量误差小于±2 %RH,能精确测量工厂内温湿度。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of temperature and humidity measurement in factory, this paper designs a wireless monitoring system based on ZigBee technology. It solves the question of highcost, established network more complex, small network coverage compare with the traditional wired system. This paper programmed operation interface of PC platform using LabVIEW language, adopting CC2530 to establish wireless sensor networks, and utilizing TSYS01 temperature sensor and HTU21D humidity sensor as a node to set up the whole temperature and humidity monitoring system. This paper also introduces the fundamental principle of this system, the circuit design and software solution of coordinator, as well as the terminal node. In order to get higher accuracy, the monitoring system obtains temperature and humidity data from sensors, then uses linear fitting to do error compensation between standard data and sensorsreceived data. The experimental result shows that only the temperature measurement error of this system is less than 0.1℃, and humidity measurement error is less than 2%RH, it can measure the temperature and humidity precisely.
