    摘要:

    针对胎压监测系统的工作原理及特点,研发出一套仿真实车运行中不同轮胎环境的胎压监测系统测试试验台。文章介绍了目前主流胎压监测系统的工作原理及特点,从硬件设计以及软件设计两方面对试验台设计原理进行阐述。试验台设计硬件方面主要包括系统压力控制模块、温度控制模块、中央控制台模块、总线仿真监测模块和上位机模块,软件方面主要包括总线仿真界面、试验台中央控制界面以及总线信号监测界面。本文从试验台精度验证及胎压监测系统实际测试两方面对试验台进行实验,实验结果显示试验台精度符合要求,对胎压监测系统实际测试中体现了较好的便利性及准确性。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the monitoring system of tire pressure monitoring system (tire pressure monitoring system) was developed, which was based on the working principle and characteristics of tire pressure monitoring system. This paper introduced the working principle and characteristics of the mainstream tire pressure monitoring system, and expounded the design principle of the test platform from two aspects of hardware design and software design. The hardware system included the system pressure control module, temperature control module, the central control console module, the bus simulation monitoring module and the host computer module. And the software system is consisted of the bus simulation interface, the test center control interface and the bus signal monitoring interface. In this paper, the test for accuracy of the test bench and the real test with tire pressure monitoring system were performed to verify the working performance of the test bench. The accuracy test result indicated that the accuracy of the test bench was in accordance with the requirements and the tire pressure monitoring system real test showed good convenience and accuracy.
