    摘要:

    设计了一种双端口矢量网络分析仪中频采集处理方案。利用单片A/D转换器代替多个或多路A/D转换器对双端口矢量网络分析仪3路中频信号进行分时数据采集,同时利用参考中频信号频率、相位稳定的特性,通过FPGA倍频、计数分频等方式,分别得到分时采集控制信号、采样时钟信号、NCO参考时钟信号,利用中频锁相、分时采集控制等技术实现对可变中频的采集处理。试验结果表明,使用单片A/D转换器,可完成对3路中频的采集工作,同时印制板体积、功耗减少2/3,动态范围达100 dB,可实现对可变中频的数据处理。

    Abstract:

    A IF acquisition and processing program is designed for vector network analyzer with double ports in this paper. The monolithic A/D converter is adapting to instead of multiple or multi-channel A/D converters to acquire and process the three channel IF signals by time-sharing data acquisition technology in vector network analyzer with double ports. The time-sharing acquisition control signal, sampling clock signal and NCO reference clock signal are achieved by frequency multiplication and counting frequency division methods in FPGA according to the frequency and phase stabilization characters of reference IF signal. Then, the acquisition and processing for variable IF is realized by IF phase-locked and time-sharing acquisition control technologies. The experimental results show that with the monolithic A/D converter to acquire and process the three channel IF signals, the volume and power consumption of the PCB is reduced by 2/3, and the dynamic range is up to 100 dB. The program is suitable for variable IF processing.
