In this paper, a compilation scheme of gateway energy meter field inspection report based on VBA technology is introduced. First of all, according to the gateway energy meter field inspection process, design the flow chart of report preparation, and analyze the principle of automatic realization of the phasor diagram drawing, data rounding, alarm function module business, then, on the basis of this, the report of the field test report of the gateway energy meter, which can realize the automatic error calculation and phasor diagram drawing is developed and the core program code is listed. Using the VBA technology to realize the automatic generation of the gateway energy meter field inspection report which effectively improves the inspection efficiency and reduces the error rate.
