    摘要:

    根据JJF 1550—2015《钻井测斜仪校准规范》,提出了一种基于光学分度头装置对支撑平台及装夹机构进行重新设计改造的方法,使其满足测斜仪校准的要求。利用该装置对一测斜仪进行实验,描述了实验对象、实验环境以及校准过程和实验结果,并且对测量结果进行不确定度分析,最后得出该校准装置满足测斜仪校准要求的结论。校准结果与另一实验室结果进行比对,结果满意,表明校准结果可靠。该装置准确度较高,且改造成本低于直接采购市场在售测斜仪校验台,因此具有一定优势。

    Abstract:

    According to the JJF 1550-2015 Calibration Specification for Borehole Clinometer, this paper presents a method of redesign and reform to the supporting platform and clamping mechanism based on the optical dividing head, which can meet the requirement of clinometer calibration. The experiment of a clinometer is carried out by using the equipment. The paper describes the object, the environment, the processing and the result for the experiment, analyses the uncertainty of measurement, and gives the result that the calibration equipment can meet the requirement for clinometer finally. The comparison conclusion with the result by another laboratory is acceptable, which shows the calibration result is reliable. The equipment has the advantages of lower cost and higher accuracy than the test-bed of inclinometer sold in the market.
