    随着预制菜行业的快速发展,对其冷藏环境的远程监控与管理问题变的日益严峻。传统的RS485、ZigBee等在多节点组网监测场景中存在布线复杂、传输距离远等问题。本研究设计了一套基于Lora技术的物联网监测终端,该系统的核心控制器采用STM32F429芯片,节点和网关数据传输设备采用lora传输模块,结合传感器采集冷藏设备的工作参数。利用lora模块构建星型自组网,以主机轮询方式将终端节点的数据传输至网关并可视化显示。实验测试了预制菜冷藏设备冷藏温湿度、环境温度以及工作电流;并测试了系统在复杂和空旷环境下的lora有效通信距离。结果表明:lora在复杂环境下通信距离为300m,在空旷环境中能够达到500m,该系统表现稳定可靠,能够满足预制菜冷藏设备数据监控的需求。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of the prepared dish industry, the problem of remote monitoring and management of its refrigerated environment has become increasingly serious. Traditional RS485 and ZigBee have problems such as complicated cabling and long transmission distance in multi-node networking monitoring scenarios. This study designed a set of Internet of Things monitoring terminal based on Lora technology, the core controller of the system uses STM32F429 chip, node and gateway data transmission equipment uses lora transmission module, combined with sensors to collect the working parameters of cold storage equipment. The star AD hoc network is constructed with lora module, and the data of the terminal node is transmitted to the gateway in the way of host polling and displayed visually. The temperature and humidity, ambient temperature and working current of the prefabricated vegetable refrigerating equipment were tested. The effective communication distance of lora in complex and open environment is tested. The results showed that the communication distance of lora in complex environment is 300m, and it can reach 500m in open environment. The system is stable and reliable, and can meet the needs of data monitoring of prefabricated vegetable refrigeration equipment.
