Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of multifunctional integrated electronic warfare equipment, this article focuses on the development of a highly integrated P-band digital array module using technologies such as high-power RF transceiver, high-speed data acquisition, and arbitrary waveform generation. Firstly, the function and composition of the digital array module were introduced, and the transmission and reception links of the module were detailed. The digital array module mainly consists of T/R modules, amplification and filtering modules, digital receiving module, waveform generation module, etc. The paper discusses the design principles of these modules. In an effort to achieve stable output of high-power signal, the component uses liquid cooling heat dissipation method. The specific implementation approach of heat dissipation is given, and simulation design is carried out for the environmental control of the component. Finally, an automated testing system was built, and through testing, the output power of the component"s typical frequency was greater than 200W, and the received dynamic was greater than 45dB.The test results have verified the engineering feasibility of the digital array module and successfully applied it to a phased array electronic warfare equipment.
