    针对传统跑道型线圈以及蝶形线圈EMAT在扫查成像探伤时存在的中心区能量陷阱、换能面积大、空间分辨率低的?? 突出问题,本文提出了一种采用直导线微型线圈的电磁超声横波直入射换能器(SWTS-EMAT)。建立了SWTS-EMAT换能器时域频域有限元模型,研究了线圈宽度以及激励电流频率对其声场特性的影响,搭建了SWTS-EMAT辐射声场测量系统,测量了新型换能器声场测量实验。验证了仿真模型规律的有效性。结果表明,SWTS-EMAT辐射声场分布关于线圈中心对称分布,研究结果表明:SWTS-EMAT辐射声场分布关于线圈中心对称分布,随着线圈宽度的增加,声场幅值升高至5.5倍,声场宽度减小了60%。随着激励频率的升高,声场幅值减小了32%,声场半扩散角减小了42%。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the outstanding problems of energy trap in the central region, large transducer area and low spatial resolution in the scanning imaging flaw detection of traditional runway coils and butterfly coil EMAT, an electromagnetic ultrasonic transverse wave direct incidence transducer (SWTS-EMAT) using a small size coil of straight wire is proposed. The finite element model of the SWTS-EMAT transducer in the time domain and frequency domain was established, the influence of coil width and excitation current frequency on its acoustic field characteristics was studied, the SWTS-EMAT radiated acoustic field measurement system was built, and the acoustic field measurement experiment of the new transducer was measured. The effectiveness of the simulation model is verified. The results show that the symmetrical distribution of SWTS-EMAT radiated acoustic field with respect to the center of the coil increases to 5.5 times and the width of the acoustic field decreases by 60%.
