    摘要:

    为了满足飞机与飞机之间的通信需要,提出了一种机载伺服机构的设计方案。该伺服机构采用直流伺服驱动,可实现天线阵面的俯仰和方位运动。文中对伺服机构的工作原理、总体结构及组成进行了描述,同时针对每个组成部分分别进行了详细说明,并达到了重量轻、体积小的机载伺服机构要求。本文采用了双齿轮消隙结构,提高了静态精度,同时采用惯导系统实现了稳定控制。通过高温工作、低温工作以及振动冲击试验和实际测试表明,该伺服机构设计完全达到技术指标要求,能够满足机载天线的需要。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the need of the communication between aircrafts, a design of airborne servo mechanism is presented in this paper. Adopting DC servo drive, the servo mechanism can realize the pitch and azimuth movement of antenna array. The working principle, overall structure and composition of the servo mechanism are described in this paper, and it did detailed description separately for each component at the same time, the airborne servo mechanism can meet the requirement of light weight and small size. The static accuracy was improved by using the structure of doublegear eliminating backlash, and the stability control was achieved by using the inertial navigation system. High temperature work, low temperature work, vibration impact test and practical test indicated that the design of servo mechanism can reach the technical request, and can meet the requirement of airborne antenna as well.
