It is reasonable to focus on the BeijingTianjinHebei integration development under the current policy environment. Because of the various of industry development issues in these 3 areas, promoting orderly transfer of electronic information industry and upgrading the industrial structure have been highlighted. This paper gives a brief introduction for the current electronic development conditions in these 3 areas. The macro environment of integrate circuit industry and fundamental industry chain in Beijing area also been analyzed. Valuable suggestions to advance this trade have been carried out based on the advantages and disadvantages.
