    摘要:

    介绍了基于机器视觉技术的在线钢轨轮廓检测技术受车体振动的影响,提出了通过添加稳定装置的方式消除车体振动对检测的影响。设计了基于陀螺的单轴稳定装置,并对稳定控制回路进行了建模分析,设计了一种基于RBF神经网络在线辨别的单神经元自适应PID控制算法。通过Simulink仿真表明,该算法相比较传统PID控制,能有效地解决实际被控对象模型不准确的问题,具有响应速度快、稳定性高等特点,为设计高精度稳定装置系统提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The paper introduces that railway track online profile inspection based on machine vision is influenced by vehicle vibration. It presents a project that eliminates the influence of vehicle vibration by stabilized device. This article designs based on singleaxis gyro stabilized device, and modeling analysis was carried out on stability control circuit. What’s more, single neuron PID adaptive control based on RBF neural network online identification has come up. Simulation manifests that compared with traditional PID this algorithm can solve the problem of inaccurate object model effectively, and it has the characteristic of rapid response speed and high stability. This provides theory basis for highprecision stabilized device.
