    摘要:

    随着科研生产中差压变送器准确度等级越来越高,量程范围越来越小,现行JJG8822004《压力变送器检定规程》已不能很好的解决差压变送器计量与使用中量值传递的相关问题,对径向角度引起的差压变送器的零位输出问题进行研究,研究结果显示径向角度对差压变送器的输出影响比较严重,微小的径向角度都可能造成测量误差超出最大允许误差的情况。针对以上引入的误差的情况进行分析,从技术角度保证差压变送器的正确使用和计量,保证量值传递的准确可靠。

    Abstract:

    In scientific research and production, the accuracy of the differential pressure transmitter is higher and higher, range is smaller and smaller, the current verification regulation of JJG8822004 “Verification regulation of pressure transmitter” has not been able to solve the dissemination of value of quantity in the measurement and use of the differential pressure transmitter. The zero output problem of differential pressure transmitter caused by radial Angle is studied. The results showed that the radial Angle serious impact on the output of the differential pressure transmitter. Small radial Angle may cause measuring error exceed the maximum permissible error. In view of the introduction of error is analyzed, ensure the correct use and measurement of differential pressure transducer by a technical point, ensure the dissemination of accurate and reliable.
