    摘要:

    以国产数控机床为研究对象,根据所采集的可靠性实验数据,采用用户现场可靠性定时截尾实验方法进行数控机床可靠性评估。阐述了机床用户现场可靠性评估流程与方法:首先选择适当的可靠性模型;其次选择模型参数的估计方法;最后针对所选模型及参数估计结果完成拟合优度检验。结合该流程给出了具体实例,对数控机床用户现场定时截尾实验故障信息进行了未考虑工况差异可靠性评估,并获得了机床的可靠性水平。

    Abstract:

    Taking the domestic CNC machine tools as the research object, the reliability evaluation of NC machine tools was carried out by using the user site reliability timing truncation test method,based on the collected reliability test data. The process and method of reliability evaluation for machine tool users was elaborated: Firstly, the appropriate reliability model was chosen; Secondly, the estimation method of the model parameters was selected; Finally, the goodness of fit test was completed according to the selected model and parameter estimation results.Combined with the process, the specific example was given, and the reliability of the machine tool was evaluated without considering the difference of the operating conditions, and the reliability level of the machine tool was obtained.
